2.2 The Client undertakes to use the resource and the Company's services in accordance with the rules and conditions set out in this Agreement.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to restrict Clients' access to the resource in case of rule violations.

3.1 To use the Company's investment services, the Client must undergo a registration procedure on the resource.

3.2 When registering, the Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information.

3.3 The Client must keep the provided information up to date and inform the Company of any changes.

3.4 The Client is responsible for the security of their account data and passwords.

4.1 Creating a deposit involves depositing funds into the Client's account according to the chosen investment plan.

4.2 The minimum and maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the selected investment plan.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to change the terms of investment offers.

5.1 The Company makes payments in accordance with the terms of the chosen investment plan.

5.2 The Client has the right to request payments at any time, provided they comply with the rules and restrictions.

5.3 Processing times and methods of payments may vary depending on the investment plan.

6.1 The Company provides Clients with the opportunity to participate in an affiliate program aimed at attracting new clients.

6.2 The terms of participation in the affiliate program, commission rates, and rules for accruing commissions are defined in the respective sections of the resource.

6.3 The Client undertakes to adhere to the rules of the affiliate program and not to violate them.

7.1 The Client understands that investments involve risks and is responsible for their financial decisions.

7.2 The Company is not liable for losses resulting from investments or unforeseen circumstances.

8.1 This Agreement is considered concluded and effective from the moment the Client registers on the Company's resource.

8.2 In the event of disputes between the Company and Clients, the parties undertake to make efforts to resolve them through negotiations.

8.3 The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement and notify Clients by posting an updated version on its resource.
